Andi Eigenmann showed no apprehension talking about her past relationship with Mara Clara actor Albie Casiño. When Push.com.ph asked Andi during the red carpet celebrity screening of her upcoming teleserye Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin to comment on Albie’s recent interview regarding their past romance, Andi answered, “Albie and I were together for four-and-a-half years. We’re still the best of friends up to now. We still care for each other as much as we used to.”

She further denied speculations that she and Albie have not been on good terms since their split. “’Yung breakup namin dati maayos. Kung nagaaway man kami it’s because hindi kami nagkakasundo. But other than that we’re good friends. It’s just that.”

Andi also shed light on the reason why they chose to end their relationship. “May connection sa career. But mainly because we were still young then. I wanted to focus on myself, my career.”

In a separate interview with Push.com.ph Albie said that though he and Andi are still good friends, he thought it might be best if they won’t work together.
